Indicators of twin flames in astrology
Look for these synastry aspects if you already think you’ve met your twin flame, because these aren’t necessarily proof of being twin flames with someone but they can back up the idea if you already seem to be in a twin flame relationship. (Use an orb of 2˚~4˚)

Similar element combinations for the sun/moon/rising (example: person a has a fire sun, water moon, earth rising and person b has a water sun, earth moon, fire rising)
Same rising signs or the chart rulers are in the same element
Opposite rising signs
Sun is conjunct the moon of the other; moons are in the same element, or moons are in the same sign.
A lot of trines from one’s planets to the other’s medium coeli
Plenty of planet’s from one’s chart fall in angular house(s) of the other’s chart
Uranus i aspect to the other’s Ascendant
Sun conjunct or opposite the other’s moon
moon conjunct or opposite moon/venus/neptune
Saturn conjunct one of the other’s angles
